JensenTaster (1485), Denmark Nov 1, 2007 (on tap)Murky greyish yellow, huge head, homebrew for real. Woody, herby, love bug murtle, so I caught that already before I read about it.. Mild bananaflavours too. Watery mouth and ditto finish, to bad, started very nice. madsberg (4373), Bangalore, India May 24, 2007 Draught as no. 42. Murky amber coloured. No head. Qutie wheaty aroma. Some sweetness, spice and yeast. Flavour is yeasty and fruity. Has some vague spicyness. Quite good. Is thin bodied. Dry. Sweetish and yeasty in the end. Maria (4380), Thisted, Denmark May 19, 2007 Københavnske Øldage 07. Bottle. The color is orange-golden and the head is creamy. The aroma has notes of wheat and coriander. The flavour has sweetness, a bit of banana, notes of coriander, yeast, fruit and because I know it has bog myrtle, I can find weak notes of it, (otherwise I might easily have missed it) mostly like a dry tannic acid. It’s quite charming. 2169 yespr (6889), Copenhagen O, Denmark May 18, 2007 CBF07 sample from 75 cL bottle. Pours very hazy orange. Aroma is floral and citric, not really sour. Flavour is sweet, slight touch of aroma hops and a tart spicyness. Finish is sweet. omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden May 16, 2007 Updated: Jun 27, 2007Bottled at Københavnske Øldage (as 42. bryg) Cloudy pale amber, no head. Aroma of buckwheat, cummin and bubblegum. Medium bodied with pleasantly soft mouthfeel, some light buttery malt. Interesting sipcyness with cummin and bog myrtle. I like it!
