The aroma is yeast, sour and acidity. The flavor follows the nose with very strange notes. The palate is rather unpleasant. Overall my best guess is that the beer is infected. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 19, 2007 Københavnske Øldage 07. Bottle. The color is orange-golden and the head is creamy. The aroma has notes of wheat and coriander. The flavour has sweetness, a bit of banana, notes of coriander, yeast, fruit and because I know it has bog myrtle, I can find weak notes of it, (otherwise I might easily have missed it) mostly like a dry tannic acid. It’s quite charming. 2169 yespr (12175), Copenhagen O, Denmark
