Aug 27, 2007 Bottle, 75cl corked. Clear, golden pour, with a small, beige head. Fruity, yeasty, spiced and slightly malty aroma. The flavor is not that interesting, but still nice, with yeast, some citrus, a little spiced note, malt and grain. A bit dusty, fruity finish with spices and some yeast. Quite fizzy mouthfeel. Quite lovely, one of the best from Fuglebjerggaard so far, but I seem to like them better than most people. (070705)

Aug 2, 2007 750 ml bottle. Golden body with a big white head. Aroma is slightly sweet malt, yeast, spices and bitterhops. Flavor is fruity, yeast, sweet and hoppy. Complex, refreshing and delicious.
