TBone (5116), Pori, Finland Jul 27, 2008 Bottled (tappet 13.11.2007)
Hazy amber color, small beige head. Sweetish, toffeish, lightly fruity nose. Fruity, malty, dryer than previous Fuglebjerggaards I had. Toffee with light hops. Very farm ale -like. sayravai (3183), Helsinki, Finland Jul 26, 2008 (Bottled, 0.75l) Hazy amber with a small, white head. Aroma of strawberries, some sewery hints, some alcohol. Berry-caramely, softly hoppy flavor with hints of vegetables and a dryish, mildly bitter finish. Medium body, soft carbonation. Yet another one in the same series. fonefan (4871), Ulfborg, Denmark Jun 1, 2008 Bottle. 75cl. [ Courtesy of yespr]. Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (150408) Storm (2683), Amager, Denmark Mar 20, 2008 Bottle. Hazy amber colour with a very weak head. Aroma of sweet hop, little sour and caramel. Flavour of malt, caramel and little yeast, reminds me of a homebrew. Ungstrup (11378), Frederiksberg, Denmark Feb 20, 2008 Bottled as part of a side by side of the 6 different hop varieties. A hazy copper colored beer with a fast disappearing beige head. The flavor is malty with notes of straw and light notes of berries on n acidic back ground. The flavor is sweet malty combined with a burnt note. The hops are note very evident in this beer, but it still comes in as a tied third of the six varieties. Thanks yespr for sharing this.
