Dec 11, 2008 Moderate malty aroma with notes of heavy toffee. Large, frothy, light brown head. Good lacing. Mostly lasting longevity. Dark brown body. Flavor is heavy sweet and toffee. Finish flavor is moderate sweet. Light to medium palate, and lively, watery texture.

Sep 2, 2008 Bottle. Creamy lightbrown excellent fully lasting head. Dark red-amber wonderfull colour. Moderate malty and yeasty aroma. Moderate sweet flavor. Short slightly metallic finish. Watery palate.

Jul 16, 2008 Bottle. Surprisingly high and creamy light brown head. Clear very dark red body. Distinct malt aroma with dried fruits. Sweet malt flavor but not as sweet as feared. Low carbonation, no hops bitterness, long sweet aftertaste. A nice surprise.

May 27, 2008 (on bottle) Very plesant burt ryebread and melasses-aroma. Soft, creamy mouthfeel. A bit watery and flat finish, but overall a nice brew here.
