Oct 16, 2007 Cup Sake @ Buri: Light beige color with a thick coating body. Nose is strong with some dry sawdust and bright koji. Yamahai!!! I’m still not a fan, I can’t get used to the difference in clean fruit dew vs dirt. I like pu-erh tea and all, but this just doesn’t blend for me.
