22oz bottle. Nice malty aroma, deep brown color. My impression of the first swallow was a sweet malty average doppelbock. The glass went down pretty smooth, strong malts and lightly hopped.

Bottle. Pours an amber body with a white 2 finger head. Sweet malty, musky, grainy. Lightly chewy body with fruity esters. Then more grain. Light etoh in the finish eh.

Pours amber brown with off white head. Nose of grain husk, malt. Flavor sweet toffee malts, brown sugar. Dry finish. Med body. A nice run of the mill dopplebock.

Bomber. Pours deep orange brown with nice beige head. The aroma is on the sweet side, with dark fruits, some roasty ash, a hint of chocolate, and a little bit of tree bark. The flavor is sweet bread mostly, with some light roasty hints, a bit of leafiness, and an interesting tobacco note. The finish is semi-sweet with the vaguest hint of hops. Not too shabby.

Bomber. Pours clear bright amber with a thick and lacy beige head. Lightly sweet aroma of roasted nuts and fruit with an overlay of floral hops. Medium body and fine carbonation. Sweet taste figs and toffee, roasted nuts, brown sugar, yeast. Softly bitter and clean floral finish.

Clear dark amber with medium beige head. Sweet aroma with ripe fruits and roasted malt. Flavour likewise with a sweet yeasty finish.

Bomber. Almond color with a tan head. Malty and smoky aroma with a sweet vinegary backdrop. Caramel and burnt sugar. Sweet and lagery. Not overly complex but nicely drinkable. Decent.
