| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 11, 2007 Nice amber color. Aroma of caramel and sugar floss. Very dry caramel taste, a bit metallic, with reasonable strong ending bitterness. Too simple. Ungstrup (15261), Frederiksberg, Denmark
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jan 2, 2007 Bottled. An amber beer with a slight haze under a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of caramel, but also light hoppy notes. The flavor is malty with notes of cardboard, caramel, and dusty hops, leading to a dry end. The body is thin. bhensonb (4336), Woodland, California, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 30, 2006 Aroma of malt and citrus. Amber brown color with a vigorous white head. Starts with malt accompanied by citrus hop, then the carbonation sweeps that away, the malt returns, there’s a sort of "dirt" flavor, quickly replaced by hop. Medium mouthfeel. Could be the "dirt" is some kind of spice, but none I can finger. I’ll give it a good go for a nice hoppy finish to balance the malt. Heck, it even laces a bit. STEPHENDR (478), California, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Dec 24, 2006 Bottle. Pours clear amber with a medium white head. Tastes and smells like a middle-of-the-road amber ale---malts, slightly sweet, a hint of hops, and maybe some yeastiness. Not bad. tcfishler (65), USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Dec 23, 2006 Clear medium brown-amber, with a sticky tan head.
Big, expressive nose of dry malt accented by citrus.
Light-bodied yet intensely flavored, with flavors that are similar in character to the nose. There’s a salty/acid sensation that makes the mouth water, but little real bitterness. Finishes fairly long and uncompromisingly dry.
Proves you can have flavor without heaviness, and interest without bitterness. Good sessioner. BuckNaked (1204), Tempe, Arizona, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 23, 2006 12oz bottle: Pours to a clear darkish amber colored body with a small beige colored head that quickly fades to a small ring around the outside of the glass. The aroma is mild, at best, showing hints of toasted grain, caramel, and light sugary malts, along with hints of floral/grassy hops. The taste is also mild and inoffensive, showing flavors of caramel & toasted malts, light cereal, some sugary medium roasted malts come through, as well as some bitter, though mild in levels of intensity, citrus & floral hops. Light bodied, medium carbonated, finishes a bit sweet, though not overly so. A pretty standard amber.
