Not much aroma, perhaps some vanilla, strawberry and British hops. Also some mild chocolate malts in the aftertaste...Taste is very nutty and malty. Tastes almost like a brown ale. Thin body.Very malt driven, cascade hops are there in the finish but rough and work against the malts...could use more hops and a different type of hops to round it out.. Raosted almond aroma. Has some hops on the front end, a little more than your typical amber. Roasted fruity malted flavor w/a slight metalic finish. Very drinkable session ale thought it had a kind of thin mouthfeel. It’s a solid amber-not outstanding but solid. Did feel the finish was a little short. Nose is of light malt and light hops with a touch of esters - I was expecting more. Flavour is of 2 row malt with some low hop bitterness just barely enough to balance. Lacking in citrusy hop flavours that define the style. Also lacking definitive caramel maltiness. More like a slightly malty British Bitter. A pleasant drinking beer, cleanly brewed but not exciting at all. oh6gdx (8839), Vasa, Finland

Ruby red color, not much head. Hoppy, nutty aroma. Slightly sweet, but bready hoppy. Pale but balanced and malty.
