12 oz. bottle. When poured the head was minimal, but there. Good aroma of hops and I thought a little caramel. The head was the only thing keeping this from being a 5 as the color was a perfect reddish amber. Very nice. The flavor started hoppy but gave way to a pleasant slightly smokey malt flavor that hung around for awhile. A good one to have around for Amber lovers.

12 oz bottle a dark amber color with a thin white head. Malty aroma with notes of caramel and some hops. Initial sweet flavor with caramel and roasted malt, but finishes with a good hop bitterness. A very good amber ale.

bottle. Nice looking amber ale, a full rich red, though a little see-through with a frothy, white head that fades after a minute or two. Aroma is a little musty with some grapefruit, and fresh barley. This tastes pretty interesting for the style without being anything too crazy: more of that grapefruit, a little bit of buiscuits, and even some chocolate in the finish. As with most amber ales, this would be much better if it were more robust.

Deep amber colour with diminishing head. Floral aroma with caramels. Slight roasted flavour and can taste the hops. Has a bitter finish. A decent amber, but certinaly not a favorite.

(Bottle) Pours a deep amber body with a average-sized off-white head and good lacing. Aroma of caramel, florals, and soap. Flavor of malt and mild hops.

Pours a bright amber color. Aromas of caramel, malt, and spice. Flavor has a touch of roast coffee taste, some caramel/toffee, and a nice hop finish.

Starts sweet, and as it warms up, hops are present, really expected less from this one, but well crafted, I enjoyed it, not too sweet, good. Nice balance.
