Commercial Description:
The best selling Amber in the Northwest. It's a great tasting malty sweet beer that has rich amber hue, a full body, and a spicy floral hop finish. This American style amber ale is brewed with: 2-row Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts and is hopped with Mt. Hood and Cascade hops

Jazz88 is the rater to thank for sending me this beer, bringing me a glass of cross-country enjoyment!!
Damn, this beer pours a majestic mahogany body and a supple but full creamy tan head. The aroma is certainly nutty but one is unable to overlook the pulse of the hops, reminds me of cantaloupe. The flavor is also nutty, woodsy, full with melons, apples, notes of peach; Very nice spicy crisp bittering and dry finish. The palate is silky and buttery, this is a terrific Amber ale!

Side-by-side with the Rip Curl: sweeter and fuller. A clean rather than bitter aftertaste and less agressive hops. Pretty good.

this beer exceeded my expectations. very well balanced. sweet and malty with the hops being prominent enough to make this very drinkable.

Malty aroma, rich amber color, white lacey head, roasted flavor with chocolate/nut notes and a hoppy bite. A different amber, but one worth trying.

Pours a medium mohogany. Pretty thick tan head. Medium spicy hop nose with dark malts mixed in. I dont care for chocolate malts in the Amber style. This not a bad beer at all. Its just not what I like in this style. A little to hearty. Bordering Brown Ale, which is a style I never buy.

Beautiful amber color. Nose of flowers. No overwhelming taste, but hints of malt and hops.

Appears a golden-red, with a nice head that sticks around for a while. Aroma is mostly bready, with a little cherry fruity goodness. Flavour is moderate - nothing special. Very nice mouthfeel though.
