Beautiful amber color. Nose of flowers. No overwhelming taste, but hints of malt and hops.

Appears a golden-red, with a nice head that sticks around for a while. Aroma is mostly bready, with a little cherry fruity goodness. Flavour is moderate - nothing special. Very nice mouthfeel though.

This had lots of flavor, unfortunately, I wasn't crazy about it. To me it has this overpowering sickly caramel flavor. Very crisp amber color. Average (at best) to below average beer.

Slightly sweet malt aroma. Body is very smooth with a touch of sweetness to match the bitterness. Quite enjoyable.

Quite tasty for an amber ale, The color is a rich amber, and the beer has a thick white head. The smell is slightly of flowers, the taste is slightly sweet and malty with a nice hop complement.

Draft @ McCormick & Schmicks: Carmel fruity nose. Classic copper color. Clear, little head. Nice malt body with enough hop to sort of balance. Smooth, kinda creamy, clean finish. Nice amber.

Nice amber color, I often end up going through a pitcher of this by myself, glass after glass. One of my favorite session beers.

Bottle Pours a warm reddish amber with perfect clarity. It’s light tan head starts out well enough, then fades to a small ring around the edge. Fair amount of lacing. Nice aroma with the balanced slightly tilted towards the sweet, fruity malt. A bit of green hops (dry-hopped?) as well as a hint of earthiness and minerals. Some caramel/crystal malt presence. The flavor is well balanced between the sweet, caramelly malt, the spicy and green hops, and earthy yeast. There’s a significant amount of mineral taste and hardness from an over-eager water treatment. Interestingly enough, the fruity esters and earthy yeast combine to take on an almost spice-like character. The body is on the lighter side of medium, with the aforementioned mineral dryness and chalkiness. Lots of carbonation. This is suprisingly good, and a very solid example of an undefined style.
