The best selling Amber in the Northwest. It's a great tasting malty sweet beer that has rich amber hue, a full body, and a spicy floral hop finish. This American style amber ale is brewed with: 2-row Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts and is hopped with Mt. Hood and Cascade hops

(bottle). Pours a very dark amber color. Small off-white head. Fair amount of lacing. Sweet malty aroma, similar to molasses. Roasted malt taste. Smooth finish. Soft to moderate carbonation.

Not usually a fan of widely distributed Ambers, but this was better than I expected. Darker than usual copper colour, Nice malt balanced with subtle hops, a little fruit. Overall, a pretty, drinkable Amber.

Nice dark amber pour with a full fluffy head. Lacing is nice. Full malty aroma, and less hoppy aroma than I was expecting. The flavor begins slowly. I was afraid for a moment that this would be a macro, but soon the malts and hops came through in a nice cascade of flavor. I felt that the body of this ale was a bit weak. It could use a bit more texture on the palate.
