Jul 11, 2009 Tap @ Belmont Station... Poured a clear golden with a white head. Cracker or pilsner-like malts on the nose. Smooth, low carbonated palate. An amazing sweetness of honey and fruits with an apple-ish, wheaty finish.

May 27, 2009 Tried this recently from a growler. Colour... light straw with gently bubbles. Nose... slightly yeasty, some butyl esters, cut wheat grass. Palate... a burst of carbonation up front with some delicate esters, newly mown hay and a quick finish. Somehow expected more from Full Sail, but they certainly make up for it with such animals as the Black Gold and the Top Sail!

May 18, 2009 Draft pour @ Brouwer’s Sour Fest 2009. Completely clear golden yellow, small white head. Stinky nose of dried grass and DMS. Skunky light-struck character on a kegged berliner weisse. Lightly prickly, low carbonation, minimal lactic acidity. Vegetal, grainy, nutty. Terrible.
