Sep 4, 2006 Nice and dark with a big tan head. Aroma was chocolate with some roasted hazelnuts. Smooth and flavourful throughout before a semi-dry finish.

May 31, 2006 Nitro @ Brewery - Nicely balanced, just what I like in a stout. Creamy and rich dark chocolate with some roasted coffee notes. Bittersweet and dry in the finish. Enjoyable.

Jul 26, 2005 (on nitro at the brewery) Creamy tan head atop a black/cola body. Aroma is not very strong -- medium sweet, roasty. Taste is medium sweet, roasty, some coffee, nutty, chocolate. Much sweeter than bitter. Creamy, smooth, ligt-medium body.

Poured a very black, totally opaque, with a thick creamy tan nitro head that hung on all the way to the bottom of the glass. Nice mild roast malt aroma, with flavor to match, smooth coffee front to back with a very easy finish. A good tasting and very drinkable stout, i wish they bottled this.
