Creamy and rich dark chocolate with some roasted coffee notes. Bittersweet and dry in the finish. Enjoyable. argo0 (6891), Washington DC, USA

Aroma is not very strong -- medium sweet, roasty. Taste is medium sweet, roasty, some coffee, nutty, chocolate. Much sweeter than bitter. Creamy, smooth, ligt-medium body. motelpogo (4394), Plzen, Czech Republic

Poured a very black, totally opaque, with a thick creamy tan nitro head that hung on all the way to the bottom of the glass. Nice mild roast malt aroma, with flavor to match, smooth coffee front to back with a very easy finish. A good tasting and very drinkable stout, i wish they bottled this. duff (5475), Surrey, Greater London, England

Needs to make its mind up about being a dry stout or not. Big creamy head, but a weak body. I liked it. Nuffield (2724), Roseville, Minnesota, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Mar 16, 2004 Fairly simple (dare I say bland?) stout. Good dark purple color with a white head. Moderate roasted aroma, but the body is thin amid the typical complement of stout flavor hints. (on tap, Full Sail Pilsner Room, Portland)
