hayduke (1620), Eureka, California, USA Mar 19, 2009 I had a pint of this at the Hood River Brewpub. Came in a point glass a very clear light gold, with a small white head and light lacing. Nose of caramel malts and some floral hops. Mouthfeel is very crisp and clean. Flavor is a good balance between malts and hops and the finish shows some light bitterness. A solid and quite drinkable pils. spikester (602), Salem, Oregon, USA Mar 4, 2009 Pours clear gold with one inch of white head. Few lacings. Aroma is malty, floral hops. Taste is sweet malt with a nice amount of bitter hops. Not the typical fruity Northwest hop variety. Actually tastes like a nice Pils. Carbonation is just right and drinkability is excellent. Mildly bitter finish.
