Oct 2, 2009 A decent run of the mill NW IPA. Sweet malts and light citrus notes on the nose, honey included. Similar on the taste, light grapefruit in the finish. Not too exciting, but definitely drinkable and refreshing in the summer!

Oct 1, 2009 Clear amber, small head, small lacing. Honey malt, some hops creep through, not the aromatics I would expect from an 80 IBU beer. Dry cotton wraps around the caramel base. Little dank. Leafy earthy hops provide ample balance and carry through the sip.

Oct 1, 2009 Sweet bonus brew from ditmier. Thanks! Pours clear amber with gold edges and off white head. The aroma has sweet malts mixing with spicy and earthiness. Mild aroma but nice. The taste is full on bright spicy hops to go along with lighter notes of grapefruit and sweet malts. The hops are mostly bittering and trying to bridge the gap over to the sweet malts but not really makig it.

Sep 29, 2009 Thanks IBrew2or3 for sharing this one. Pours caramel yellow-brown with a white head. Nose is caramel, pine, and grapefruit. Flavor is malt, prickly pine, and some more bitterness. Light to medium bodied and so-so overall with lingering bitterness.

Sep 28, 2009 GABF 2009, pretty mild IPA in terms of both aroma & bitterness, seems more APA like to me. Bitterness came off being pretty tame, Balanced but not a very exciting IPA

Sep 25, 2009 On tap at Full Sail in Hood River. Colour... cloudy, amber-orange with a thick off-white head. Nose... citrusy, hoppy and some pine. Palate... a very quick bite of hops, followed by citrus and tropical fruits, and backed up by a good layer of malt. Finish is lengthy and bitter.

Fruity aroma of peaches, hops, grass and pine needles.
Fruity flavour of grass, grape fruits and pine needles.
