Commercial Description:
This English style IPA is a full-flavored, full-bodied brew that has a big bold malt character and intense aromatics. It's a well-balanced, golden-colored brew that has a crisp hop finish that doesn't bite. With its palate cleansing finish, IPA is a perfect for highly spiced dishes with curry, ginger, garlic or cumin. This classic English style IPA is brewed with: 2-row Pale malt and is hopped with Challenger and East Kent Goldings hops

Tap @ Full Sail PIlsener Room. Clear golden color, short head. Soft bitter hops. Smooth taste. Nice and easy. Bit dry, some pine. Decent IPA.

Pours an orange-tinged golden color. Medium head that dissipated quickly. Light hop scent of citrus, maybe some pine. Taste is a nice lingering citrus hop. Carbonation is prett good. A little on the light side but a nice subdued IPA, in line with English IPAs. Good session IPA.

Nice three quarter inch, creamy, white head. Body was extremely clear, amber. Aroma was underwhelming. A bit of hay, straw, light hoppiness, and pine. Moderate bitterness throughout. Dry texture up front, but with a nice finish. Kind of dissapointed. Not really what I expected from a great West Coast brewer. easy drnking and good long lasting aftertaste.

Clear golden with an orange cast. Moderately creamy head. Light floral hoppiness in the middle. Clean refreshing finish. A good summertime IPA. I like it with grilled wild salmon. It won’t overpower most foods that you pair it to.

Pours slightly clear with good amounts of head. Good taste, and very smooth. Great beer if having more than a few.

Great floral hop aroma. Orange in color with a white medium head. Dry and hoppy with a decent balance of malt. Crisp, but slightly dry. A fairly good IPA.

a clear amber/orange under a large creamy off-white head. fresh, piney, floral hop aroma with touches of yes...chicken broth.. as someone put it. flavor is moderately hoppy. nice biscuity malts. i do enjoy a toned-down english style ipa but this one just didn’t do it.

Bottle. Moderate malt notes of toasted and caramel, hops of herbs and a little pine, light notes of leather and broth, with hints of toffee, and spice. Head is creamy, a little off-white, has fair to good lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is clear amber/orange. Flavor starts lightly sweet and moderately acidic, then finishes lightly acidic and moderately bitter. Palate is lightl to medium, oily and has a carbonation between soft and lively. It finishes slightly drying. the nice spicy aspect of this beer sets it apart from other IPAs.
