Commercial Description:
This English style IPA is a full-flavored, full-bodied brew that has a big bold malt character and intense aromatics. It's a well-balanced, golden-colored brew that has a crisp hop finish that doesn't bite. With its palate cleansing finish, IPA is a perfect for highly spiced dishes with curry, ginger, garlic or cumin. This classic English style IPA is brewed with: 2-row Pale malt and is hopped with Challenger and East Kent Goldings hops

Light roasted toasty bread malt body - touch of grassy, spicy hops with a noticable, muted bite. Pretty dry and smooth. English style IPA it is - a nice example of the style.

Bottle, Plano Beverage in Plano, TX. Pours a very nice looking clear light amber with thick odd-white head that laces the glass. Nice aroma of grapefruit. Taste is not overwhelming, Very nice malt, hop, and strong bitter. Medium-full mouthfeel and high carbonation. This is a very nice drinking beer, refreshing.

On draft at the Full Sail Brewery in Hood River, OR. Nice 4 oz sample. Hoppy and delicious. Very crisp and almost spicy, but well-balanced.

Pours clear orange with white head. Aromas of floral hops, grass and sweet malts. Mild hoppy flavor balanced nicely by the maltiness. To me this seems more like an APA than an IPA but it is still a good session ale. Medium body with average carbonation and a creamy mouthfeel. Quite enjoyable.

Well carbonated. Gold color. Tall, thick head. The flavor has dry grass and dirt, balanced with malt. Not nearly enough hops for a West Coast ipa.

12oz bottle(courtesy of RSRIZZO)-Pours a golden copperish body with a nice small tight off white head. Aroma of hops and pine. Taste of the same with some malt thrown in. This medium bodied brew is a decent beer but I’m not a big fan of English style IPA.

Here’s an example of a decent session IPA but nothing more. Copper colored with a thick off-white head with some of it sticking around and nice lacing. There’s some piney hops, only mild bitterness and balanced by caramel malts which are most noticeable in the finish and aftertaste. Nothing complex or too exciting here and seemed a bit under-hopped for an IPA. Definitely not bad though.

Aroma is a sour malt scent with just a hint of hops. Color is a bright clear gold with very good carbonation and a thick head. Taste is hoppy and peppery. Starting with medium body it goes down crisp. Finish comes in with a little malt and a bold spicy hop flavor that ends with a pepper taste and a mellow bitterness. After taste is clean yet dry as the spicy taste builds a bit. This is a tasty, easy drinking brew and is a different take on an IPA.
