| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 10, 2008 Pours a dark orange brown. Lighter than most IPAs. Aroma is slightly hoppy with a sweetness that follows. Less aromatic than I anticipated. The flavor on the pallet doesn’t stay well on the tongue, it fades quickly. Taste is of mild hops and semi-sweet citrus. Ok, not the best IPA. douglas88 (1660), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA

The aroma is mostly a smooth malt with some floral hops. The taste is not your typical bitter hops, but is instead a nice smooth malt with a full hop finish that is only a bit bitter. It leaves your palate clean and refreshed. A good beer. maltdog (518), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | May 6, 2008 The ale appears hazy “Tropicana” orange, featuring minimal yet steady carbonation and thin ivory suds. A questionable nose reeks of butterscotch and lemon zest, with supporting cornbread and basil scents. Tasting the beer, I’m pleasantly surprised… chewy malt is loaded with tart citrus (lemon, grapefruit), leading into a hard candy finish. I am reminded of lemon-flavored Ricola. A minerally slate/iron aftertaste is gently bitter. Medium-bodied, the texture starts slick and ends dry. An average IPA that grows on you; better than expected. nearbeer (1864), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA

Floral, resin, and earthy honey-citrus aroma. Large malt front is well-bittered by resin, wood, earthy spice, pepper and citrus flavors. Nice toasted nut and resin aftertaste. Medium body is smooth and dryish with light carbonation and a nice tingle from the hops. Good EIPA. yayforbeer (648), Orange Park, Florida, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 2, 2008 $6.99 for a six pack at Total Wine. Mildly hoppy aroma. Nice long lasting white head and lace. Flavor is decent for an English IPA. Some pale malt sweetness with a healthy portion of English hops and a pronounced bitter finish. Very dry at the end. Easy drinking and interesting. grant (792), Colorado Springs, CO, Colorado, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 29, 2008 Bright, sparkling orange, faint head. Rich bready malt aroma, moderate caramel, some leafy hoppiness. Sweet, straightforward malty flavor which drys out towards the end. Very clean and grainy. Nice twinge of bitterness at the end, which slowly creschendoes. Very, very easy to drink. Nice english style IPA. thooper41 (386), Oregon, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Apr 13, 2008 12oz bottle: pours amber brown with decent white head, aroma slight pick up of hops, flavor not a lot of hops for an IPA but just simmple hops and malt taste nothing really stands out.
