Commercial Description:
This English style IPA is a full-flavored, full-bodied brew that has a big bold malt character and intense aromatics. It's a well-balanced, golden-colored brew that has a crisp hop finish that doesn't bite. With its palate cleansing finish, IPA is a perfect for highly spiced dishes with curry, ginger, garlic or cumin. This classic English style IPA is brewed with: 2-row Pale malt and is hopped with Challenger and East Kent Goldings hops

Sampled @ Hallandale beer fest (bottle). Honey color, just off-clear. Bright fruity hoppy nose. Nice thin but straight palate with a thin line of hop all the way through. Sessionable IPA.

Bright gold to copper in color. Clear with a small head that has a strong flowery and hoppy aroma with hint of grass. Taste is strong hoppiness with strong bitterness in the after taste.

Pours a nice amber color with thin white head. Great floral aroma and a nice citrus tang in the taste. Wonderfully balanced flavor. Full Sail makes other good brews, but this is my favorite from their stock.

this is a very solid IPA from a great brewer. It’s not a lot better than their Pale Ale and I’m sort of surprised that it’s not better than it is, but it smells amazing and goes down smooth.

Poured deep gold with limited head. This brew had the consistent hoppy flavor of light orange peel and lemon. It was also very smooth with a calculated, but limited bite of bitterness. Nice, controlled brew.

A hazy golden ale with a thick frothy off white head. A hoppy sweet malt with notes of strawberries, light pine cone. In mouth, a crisp malt with restrained lemony hops, short, but well balanced with the coniferous taste. I enjoyed this light little IPA. Bought at Booze Bros., Reno NV, August 2007.

Pours a light amber color with a thin white head. Aroma is hoppy, but not very strong. Has a nice bitter taste, very flowery. Not great, but better than some other IPA’s i’ve had lately.

Not a very good example of IPA. Sampled at Shay McElroy’s Irish Pub on Texas Street in Houston. Tap. Pours amber. Slight head. Not much aroma there. Choked it down. Some hoppiness but overall, just not a very good example.
