The citrus notes come across throughout the palate and lend a hand to this well balanced IPA. LinusStick (1851), Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Dec 19, 2007 A decent IPA but suffers from what the rest of the beers from this brewer does (from what I’ve tried anyway). Weak flavor. Aroma was so so. All hops but not very strong. Pour was a medium to dark orange with a thin off white ring for a head. Taste was all hops with nice heavy carbonation. Flavor was too weak to contend with the bubbles, but this is drinkable. The hops almost taste stale if that makes sense. Angeloregon (2031), Portland, Oregon, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 18, 2007 From a 12-oz. bottle--Poured a lazy golden copper body with a medium white head. Nose of floral, fresh hops and mild grains. All the prized attributes appear to be up front with this one. Finished citrus, but a little weak. Overall, pretty decent beer. | 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 6, 2007 Pours a clear gold with a white head. Hint of very fresh hops on the nose. Taste is upfront with citrus, middle a lilttle soapy, finish is mild with hops. Very good. shackinetics (132), Florida, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 5, 2007 Pale and hazy golden orange with little white head, some lacing. Light fruit and hop aroma. Well balanced, moderate flavor. Good and very drinkable, but lacks the exciting punch of flavor I look for in a great pale ale. brilliant labeling :P DuffMan (2771), the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, Canada
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 3, 2007 slightly hazy bright golden orange with a full yellow-tinged head. Fresh aromas of grapefruit rind and lychee fruit. Midly malty, with a fruity citrus hop zestiness, also some resinous coniferous character. A straight-shooting IPA that satisfies. gottalottaibu (243), charlotte, North Carolina, USA
