Commercial Description:
This English style IPA is a full-flavored, full-bodied brew that has a big bold malt character and intense aromatics. It's a well-balanced, golden-colored brew that has a crisp hop finish that doesn't bite. With its palate cleansing finish, IPA is a perfect for highly spiced dishes with curry, ginger, garlic or cumin. This classic English style IPA is brewed with: 2-row Pale malt and is hopped with Challenger and East Kent Goldings hops

Bottled. Pours a clear golden colour with good carbonation and a white head. To me the nose was rather absent of floral/hops but more dusty. Average, not a great IPA.

Had a few of these after work with my boy Tony. Nose of evergreen resin, citrus and some alcohol. Pours a sparkling golden. The mostly diminishing off white fluffy head leaves sticky webby lace. The brew starts balanced with a slight hint of malt believe it or not. The heavy acidity becomes pronounced in the middle, the long bitter finish is complete with a slight tang. The full soft body is creamy and feels dry at the finish.

Poured from a bottle. Poured a medium gold color with a moderate white head. Aroma of hops and citrus. Decent malt flavor up front that runs into a classic hop/grapefuit taste. Crisp and refreshing, but nothing out of the ordinary.

12oz bottle. Pours a pale, flat amber with a thin head. Aroma is sweet and tart with floral notes alongside hoppy citrus and honey. Taste is full-bodied and sweet with a strong floral bouquet alongside some notes of hops and citrus. A unique IPA, though the floral aroma and flavors seem to overwhelm the remainder of this brew.

Dusty orange pour with a frothy off-white head gives off a distincitvely citrusy aroma - not unlike Rush River IPA - much like orange peel. Actual flavor ends up being sweet and floral with a thick molasass-like finish that lingers on the palate for some time. Would pair exceptionally well with stronger, stinkier cheeses like Grayson or muenster.

Bottle. Poured copper amber with thick white head. Artistic lacing. Medium hoppy aroma with some spice and pepper. Hoppy aroma with some malt, I wouldn’t call it big or bold malt. Lasting bitterish finish. BTW I believe this ale is available year round.

poured a nice golden/amber color. smells of hops and sweet stuff. the first sip was not what i was expecting from an ipa at all. the incredibly hoppy taste was in the aftertaste. it felt pretty well balanced on the palate but alas after the second sip i found the hop taste.

Bottle. This beer poured a copper color with a nice white head that didn’t last long. Aroma of hops is immediately evident on opening. Flavor is dominated by the hops but, you still know the malt is there and makes it’s presence known. I’ve really come to like IPA’s and this is a pretty good one. I would buy this again.
