Commercial Description:
This English style IPA is a full-flavored, full-bodied brew that has a big bold malt character and intense aromatics. It's a well-balanced, golden-colored brew that has a crisp hop finish that doesn't bite. With its palate cleansing finish, IPA is a perfect for highly spiced dishes with curry, ginger, garlic or cumin. This classic English style IPA is brewed with: 2-row Pale malt and is hopped with Challenger and East Kent Goldings hops

A nontraditional IPA with varying hops. A lighter body than most IPA’s with a different taste. None the less not a bad beer. Hoppy aroma that is mainly fruity.

Bottle. Aroma is piney hops and some diacetyl green apple scent. Flavor is resinous hops - hop profile is actually pretty one-dimensional. Quite bitter throughout. Oily palate.

a nice surprise. This has a nice balance if you can say that about an IPA. I loked the clean assertive flvor that was not over the top

Pours a bubbly light orange, with a medium to thin white head. Smells of mild grapefruit hops. A little floral, get a little grain comingthrough too. The taste was actually balanced pretty nicely with a full palate. Nice hop presence, grapefruit citrus, slight bitterness in the finish. Nice session IPA. Finishes clean and crisp. Nice summer beer.

Bottle in a pint glass. Pours clear copper yellow with lasting white head and nice lacing. Aroma of citrus and fresh hop flowers. Very nice hoppy bitterness with some very subtle caramel and woodsiness. Could use a hint more maltiness. Dry finish. This is a fine beer in the plain old IPA (not imperial or double, just nice) style. And the perfect accompaniment for my blackened catfish and red beans and rice.

12 oz bottle. Pours a darkish straw color with a white soapy head. Light, mild earthy hop aroma. Taste is a bit too grassy, particularly in the finish - a bit astringent, actually. Not too impressed with this one.

12 oz bottle that pours a crystal clear light copper color with off white head. The aroma is light with sweet malts, grainy malts and a vague bitterness. The taste reminds me of an English IPA but maybe just an average one at that. I get lighter sugary malts with slight graininess and floral hop bitterness.
