Commercial Description:
This English style IPA is a full-flavored, full-bodied brew that has a big bold malt character and intense aromatics. It's a well-balanced, golden-colored brew that has a crisp hop finish that doesn't bite. With its palate cleansing finish, IPA is a perfect for highly spiced dishes with curry, ginger, garlic or cumin. This classic English style IPA is brewed with: 2-row Pale malt and is hopped with Challenger and East Kent Goldings hops

Amber color, virtually no head. Hoppy aroma, hints of grapefruit, citrus, and pine. Flavour was bitter, citrus notes with a medium lasting bitter finish. Palate was a good medium body, a bit fizzy. Overall a decent, bitter IPA.

12oz bottle. Pours a light amber body with a soapy off white head. Aromas of hops, herbal tea and dirty dishwater. What the hell, does Full Sail brew with tea leaves? This is the Amber Ale with a bag of hops thrown in. Fore is light citrus, hops and more of the dominating herbal notes. Tastes soapy as well. Finish is bitter and medium lenght. 0/2 for me personally from this brewery.

12 Oz Bottle. Rich floral jumble shouting with notes of pine boughs, mexican gardens, citrus alleys and grandmothers. Looks a liquifaction of pure sunset, bottled with Tequila and moonbeams. A sea of Humpback bubbles through. Atop, frothing wombats in the early dawn dew. Inside, a panicked race for the stairs, after one too many haberaneros. A bite of cilantro and a taste of stale gin and tonic. The flower delivery guy offers some Northern Lights on the side, $60 for a half. Too much I say, and I pass up for the swag. Toothy and bitter, without enough hop flavor, yet a malt body wallows, bloated, yet inane. The Northwest Passage has seen better.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Clear, amber golden with an off-white head. Soft, somewhat fruity nose. Medium body with lightly sweet notes of caramel and a discreet hint of citric aroma hops. The finish is bitter. A middle of the road IPA too scared to show some personality. 290307

Pours a light copper with a big frothy head and medium carb. Strong pine and grapefruit aroma. Has a nice long dry finish. A good IPA.

Citrus hops aroma with noticeable malt scent. Golden yellow color with frothy white head. Flavor is slightly bitter but malty with a lightly creamy palate. Slight hay like flavors. Good.

Clear gold/amber. 2.5cm of dense, frothy white head. Nose of earthy, bitter, floral hops and toasted cracker malt. Same flavors, nicely balanced. Medium body, balanced carbonation. Swiss cheese coat of lacing. Good English IPA.
