Flavors grapefruit rind and asprin give way to a moderate hop profile upfront accompanied by a lightly malted backbone. Parched bittering on the finish. Bottle said 6%. Basic w/ a strong asprin bittering.

Oct 23, 2006 Light tan, big fluffy white head. Earthy, salty aroma. Bitter, pleasing flavor. Solid beer, nothing to get excited about. Mine says 6.0 % ABV on the bottle.

Oct 5, 2006 This is a very well balanced IPA with pronounced malt and hops notes. I was amazed at the breadth of taste given in this beer and also how nothing got in the way of a smooth finish, making this a very drinkable beer. This beer has the refinement and balance of the old world brewers, and I’m very impressed.
