Commercial Description:
This English style IPA is a full-flavored, full-bodied brew that has a big bold malt character and intense aromatics. It's a well-balanced, golden-colored brew that has a crisp hop finish that doesn't bite. With its palate cleansing finish, IPA is a perfect for highly spiced dishes with curry, ginger, garlic or cumin. This classic English style IPA is brewed with: 2-row Pale malt and is hopped with Challenger and East Kent Goldings hops

Pours a brilliant golden color w/ a shallow semi creamy froth. Aroma of flowery hops. Medium nectar w/ ample residual effers. Flavors grapefruit rind and asprin give way to a moderate hop profile upfront accompanied by a lightly malted backbone. Parched bittering on the finish. Bottle said 6%. Basic w/ a strong asprin bittering.

Light tan, big fluffy white head. Earthy, salty aroma. Bitter, pleasing flavor. Solid beer, nothing to get excited about. Mine says 6.0 % ABV on the bottle.

[Bottled. SBWF, Stockholm] Golden colour. Candy-ish with juniper notes in aroma. No sign of caramel in flavour here. Dry-ish and crisp. Balanced but boring.

This is a very well balanced IPA with pronounced malt and hops notes. I was amazed at the breadth of taste given in this beer and also how nothing got in the way of a smooth finish, making this a very drinkable beer. This beer has the refinement and balance of the old world brewers, and I’m very impressed.
