Commercial Description:
This English style IPA is a full-flavored, full-bodied brew that has a big bold malt character and intense aromatics. It's a well-balanced, golden-colored brew that has a crisp hop finish that doesn't bite. With its palate cleansing finish, IPA is a perfect for highly spiced dishes with curry, ginger, garlic or cumin. This classic English style IPA is brewed with: 2-row Pale malt and is hopped with Challenger and East Kent Goldings hops

This red tinged golden brew throws up a tall head of creamy white that sticks around for a good bit before easing down. The aroma is fruity with a bit of yeast and a subtle blend of malt and hops. Dry palate in which the malt never blossoms with a long bitter finish. A bit out of balance. Thanks to droopy49 for this.

For a decent brewery, this is a pretty mediocre IPA. Lack of complexity and something just off about it. Pretty hoppy but not in a good way.

An okay IPA. Orange-gold pour with a good head. Claims to be very hoppy, but doesn’t follow through. Its all there, just not that strong. Dry finish.

Beautiful rich golden-orange color that almost glows. Aroma, taste, and mouthfeel are all a bit light, which is dissapointing after such an eyeful. Overall, not the best IPA, but a very drinkable beer.

12oz bottle. Orangy, citrus aroma. Clear and deep golden. Zesty, peppery. Smooth with a long crisp drying.

Pretty weak for an IPA compared to any of the ’big’ IPAs like Stone, Alesmith, Great Divide, Dogfish, etc. But still, not a bad IPA, not too expensive. I could see ’beer newbs’ breaking their teeth on this before stepping up to better beers.

Is this an IPA? Certainly much weaker and bitter than almost all ofther PNW IPAs. I found the flavor to be average and lacking any distinction and the it seems they went light on the hops. An IPA made for people who don’t like bitterness or hops in my opinion. Second rate.

clear light amber pour, frothy white head. lots of pine/grass hops in the aroma. very clean tasting with some good earthy notes, with crisp hoppy finish. a great IPA.
