| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 15/20 | Mar 17, 2006 Pretty weak for an IPA compared to any of the ’big’ IPAs like Stone, Alesmith, Great Divide, Dogfish, etc. But still, not a bad IPA, not too expensive. I could see ’beer newbs’ breaking their teeth on this before stepping up to better beers. roner77 (35), Portland, Oregon, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 13, 2006 Is this an IPA? Certainly much weaker and bitter than almost all ofther PNW IPAs. I found the flavor to be average and lacking any distinction and the it seems they went light on the hops. An IPA made for people who don’t like bitterness or hops in my opinion. Second rate. jackamackson (127), USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 25, 2006 Small white head, fair retention with a thin clingy lace. Clear gold color. Light citrusy nose and a faint floweriness. Body is light. Hop flavors up front, citrusy, melons and pineapple with light malt flavors hiding in the background. Lightly sweet finish followed by a cute little hop bite. Thanks kaggie97! waolsen (1224), Littleton, Colorado, USA
