The aroma was light and yeasty with a strong malt note. The beer poured a broen bronze color with thin head and almost no lacing. The flavor was bready and yeasty with hints of malts and light fruit. The mouthfeel was light and creamy.

Bottle from 5000. Soft vegetal nose. Light cocoa, chewy malts, a touch of vegetal sweetness. Tea. Very soft and easy drinking. Pretty dead on style. Enjoyable. Good on Full Sail for making a style not often made in this country. We could use (many) more beers like this.

(Bottle (stamped "032708") via trade with <A HREF=http://www.ratebeer.com/ViewUser.asp?UserID=3 target=blank>IrishBoy, thanks Richard!) Pours clear brownish amber with four fingers of biscuit head. Malty aroma of caramel, vanilla and chocolate. Mouthfeel fairly smooth, medium-full. Lacing is rather scant and patchy. Flavor is a nice malty mix of caramel and milk chocolate with a hint of toasted biscuit. Nice light bitterness overlays and carries through with a little pinch in finish. Pleasant milk-chocolatey aftertaste. Nice beer that seems underrated.

Amber with a thin cream color head. Aroma is lightly malty, some caramel. Taste is a very light hoppiness, caramel, nice smooth light roastiness. Decent stuff.

Pours a copper/amber color. Light aroma of caramel malt and floral earthy hops. The flavor was the same light sweetness with a nice moderate bitter finish.

Bottle courtesy Degarth. Pours a clear amber with a small but lasting off-white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma of light sweet malt, light caramel, and a hint of floral hops. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium mouthfeel with a mild amount of bitterness. Good.
