Tea. Very soft and easy drinking. Pretty dead on style. Enjoyable. Good on Full Sail for making a style not often made in this country. Pours clear brownish amber with four fingers of biscuit head. Malty aroma of caramel, vanilla and chocolate. Mouthfeel fairly smooth, medium-full. Lacing is rather scant and patchy. Flavor is a nice malty mix of caramel and milk chocolate with a hint of toasted biscuit. Nice light bitterness overlays and carries through with a little pinch in finish. Pleasant milk-chocolatey aftertaste. Nice beer that seems underrated. pantani (1902), Salinas, California, USA
