Oct 2, 2007 Clear golden orange, small to moderate head with blah lacing and retention. Aroma is bready with a touch of caramel and alcohol. Minimal hopping. Medium to light body, solid but limited. Very drinkable.

Oct 1, 2007 Nose of yeast initially with hints of lemongrass. Pours a sparkling golden. The mostly diminishing off-white head is super creamy with fair lace. The brew is somewhat sweet, but just a touch with light acidity. The light to medium body is soft and creamy, the finish feels crisp. A perftect summer session offering. Tastes more like a dortmunder helles than a premium lager to me.

Aroma of light floral notes, grain, caramel, hint of citrus. Light to medium bodied with a light dry texture and average carbonation. Light sweet flavor with some bitter hoppy notes. Light dry and bitter finish.

Aroma is heavy malt (toasted grain, cereal, straw), average hops (herbs, flowers), average yeast (sweat, dough, horse blanket) with notes of cooked corn and butter. Medium bodied, creamy texture, average carbonation and a metallic finish. Average duration, moderate sweetness and acidity, light bitterness.
