(Bottle) Pours a copper color with a lasting white head. This beer seems to be a simple mix of light malts and crisp hops. Some nutty notes with grass and sugar in the aftertaste. Definitely an interesting mix of ingredients. Could have been a little bit less sweet, with more hops in the finish. Overall not too bad though.

Cheers to Terminus for picking this beer up for me at the brewery. Pours light bronze with a beige head. The aroma has smooth toasted Vienna-like malt presence, good amount of spicy hops and a hint of butterscotch. Medium body with some lushness that is offset by graininess and semi-soft carbonation. The flavor begins with roasted caramel malt, some nuttiness and some light syrup traits. The finish has some spicy hops and a nice crisp sharpness. An enjoyable lager.

Deep golden amber color with puffy white head. Aroma is sweet and malty with a bit of punchy hops. Flavor is same as aroma, ending with a clean hop spiciness.

Bottling Number 02: "A light-bodied nonetheless hella good Limited Edition Lager courtesy of the mad skills of the Full Sail crew."

8/13/2007: Full Sail LTD 02 is a brilliant coppery orange color, clear, and has a lasting foamy off-white head. There is some light and delicate lacing left in the wake of the receeding head. The aroma is pale malt, bread, some weak spicy hops, and a slightly yeasty tinge. A nice malt base supports most of the flavor, but it seems a bit grainy. A balanced amount of spicy hops brings up the finish and lingers on the palate and in the back of the through. The alcohol starts to pop out as the beer warms. This beer has a medium body and is pretty smooth. It is much lighter in color, depth, and flavor than the <a href=http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/full-sail-limite Sail Limited Edition Lager (LTD 01) which I prefer above the LTD 02.

12 fluid oz bottle (Alc. 6.4% by Vol. / 093007 06:59 FL / Enjoy by 0933007) from bitbucket. Thanks Bob! Rating #89 for this beer...

Bright clear orange, off-white head with decent retention but no real lace. Malty, earthy aroma, maybe a little cabbage. Malty semi-sweet palate with tons of hop character. Reminds of old-school Creemore Springs when it was on tap when I lived in Kingston Ontario. GOOOOOD!

Thin off-white head, slow to fade. Translucent orange body, evident light carbonation. The aroma is of grain, doughy malts, ligt tartness, a touch of grassy hops. Flavors of fresh grain, maize, starch, lightly tart and moderately sweet. Bitterness is very light, acidity almost nonexistent. Palate is light-medium bodied, very lightly carbonated, a touch sticky, semi-smooth. Finishes somewhat syrupy, lightly sweet, grains lingering.

This draft brew from the Oregon Brewers festival poured a head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a transparent very softly carbonated light red brown colored body and a poor lacing. The mild aroma was malty and dough. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of malt hops sweet and vinous.
