Aug 11, 2007 Courtesy boboski. Pours a clear copper amber color with a small off white head. Big caramel malty flavor, some hops, cinnamon and sweetness. The taste is definitely hoppy with a huge, caramel malt flavor. with a slight bitterness mostly the way through. There is a little mild tartness to it that came through, which wasnt the best feature of this brew, but wasnt enough to make it bad. Decent.

Aug 7, 2007 Pours amber/red with a slight haze. Head is thin and offwhite. Aromas of citrus and malt. Flavor is dry and bitter. Body is medium. An OK brew. Nothing special.

Aug 4, 2007 Bottle. Nice dark gold color, medium beige head. Hops and caramel malt in the aroma. Flavor is similar. Pretty refreshing and drinkable.

Aug 2, 2007 Bottle from Bottle Barn; Nose of caramel, vanilla, and grain; Copper-red with a big beige head, that thickly laces the glass; flavor of caramel, hop bitterness, and light spices; body and falvor kind of watery, finish is bitter. Decent amber but watery and I was hoping for better.

Dark hazy amber. Fresh hoppy, woody nose with full-bodied caramel background. Woody, grapefruity notes work alongside caramel and muscovado and blood orange accents. Decent beer.

Jul 18, 2007 NOt bad, but not very impressive for a brewery who has proven they can make exciting beers. Aroma is mostly malt, and sweet rather than a roasted character. Some hops in the flavor, as well as medium sweet malt. Thicker than a standard amber, but not so interesting.
