| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 11, 2009 Bottle… Pours clear and amber with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The aroma is earthy and meaty – raw beef. Medium-bodied with modest carbonation. Like an English pale ale, this beer leans on the sweet side of balance. There’s some peppery, spicy bitterness within, but not quite enough to balance the toffee and caramel sweetness. Mid-length, bittersweet finish. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 22, 2009 Appearance: Pours an amber yellow clear gold with almost no head.
Aroma: A nice mixture of dry malts and earthy/citrusy hop. It’s not huge, but it’s noticible.
Taste: Bitter earthy hops, dry malt, metallic hop notes, and a fruity twang in the finish.
Mouthfeel: Thin and metallic.
Overall: Not one of my favorite American Pale Ales. It’s a tad too bitter for me. ericandersnavy (1129), crossroads, Texas, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 8, 2009 Pour is clear golden with a light tan creamy head. Settles quickly leaving some lacing. Smells of lemon, pineapple and pine. Taste is slightly sweet and brings out a corny quality. A pleasant mild dry finish. Feels is a little thin. A drinkable light beer. arrogantb (710), Denver, Colorado, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Sep 1, 2009 Light orange and clear with a healthy stream of bubbles rising throughout. The head is sticky and laces the glass. It smells decent, tastes balanced and is really insanely easy to drink. I like the 5.4 ABV which is close to a “session” beer right? Full Sail is producing some top-notch brews and I continue to find that they are not flashy but are indeed solid brews at a very good price. Buy these beers and you will not be disappointed, unless you suck.
