Mar 8, 2009 Acheté à la LCBO en format de 500ml et dégusté avec Glandine dans un verre de guinness. Apparence orange cuivré avec de léger dépôt en suspension et un emousse collante. Arômes d’houblon, de caramel, de pelure d’orange et de poivre. Goût d’houblon, de caramel et la liste pourrais être longue car la bière est évolutive et présente un bon profil de vieillissement pour un bon 5 ans. Très bonne amertume et équilibre.

Feb 28, 2009 Bottle. Pours with a large, cratered, off-white head over a clear mahogany body. Good lace. Aroma of honey, dough, bready, raisins, cinnamon and other spices. Taste is slightly bitter, burnt malt, long duration that involves caramel, bread and dried fruit. Biscuity in the finish. Watery mouthfeel, light bubbles.
