| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Apr 6, 2009 Average size tan head atop a garnet body that leaves nice lacing. Aroma of soft fruit, bready malts and yeast. Earthy taste, some sweetness, mild nuttiness, but well balanced by fragrant, floral hops. Very smooth mouthfeel, gently carbonated, with a dry, long lasting finish. Complex, but extremely drinkable. KnN (716), Greenbelt, Maryland, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 5, 2009 Pours a really nice copper color with a long lived white head.Aroma is hoppy with a big malt undertone. Some fruit and maybe a little Cinnamon? Clove? Flavor is very fry, some gof hop bitterness, but then a big malt character as well. There was something really kind of odd and metallic in the backend though. A bit off-putting. Pretty decent beer if it wasn’t for that metallic twang. evergreen0199 (259), London, Greater London, England

Malty, caramel, fruity, spicy, almost like a light English Christmas cake. This is a really cracking quality beer which I can never tire of. darn1207 (543), Tallahassee, Florida, USA
