Medium bodied. Aroma: very sweet and malty with notes of berries, honey, raisins, grapes, wood, cake, mild rum balls, blueberries. Taste: light roasted malts and caramel start things off, then there’s some medium spicy hops, earth, roasted notes, honey, light chocolate flavors, and light spices. Finishes very dry, roasty, and a tea like taste. Very nice, thanks to my secret santa for this one. OldMrCrow (1206), Seattle, Washington, USA

Pours a dark red-brown with limited head. This is a complex, slightly smoky darker ale with fruity notes and a dry - though not strongly hopped - finish.
This one didn’t resonate with me, though it’s clearly a nice beer.
