Generous head of large bubbles, deep red color. Aroma is spicy with noticeable fruit--I placed it as raspberries, but others might disagree. Strong alcohol, sweetness, and bitter finish make this better accompanied by food, but nice complex of flavors (nuts, caramel, fruit) make it enjoyable on its own. Excellent beer.

Amazing amber/brown color. Doughy and spiced. Amazingly full body and bold taste without being bitter. This would be good for breakfast with its warm spice and bready taste. ;) I'm impressed.

THe aroma is rich with fruits, hops and malts, the color is a nice brown color with a very light tan head. Very malty flavor with a slight hop finish. Very, Very good stuff

Poured with an awesome dark brown hue, and large-bubbled foam top. Pleasant warm aroma, followed by an very good hoppy, wood-chip flavor with a hint of smoke and tight bitter finish. Excellent ale.

Quite delicious. Aroma of light hops, caramel malt and biscuit. Poured a clear copper amber color with a thick beige, lasting head. Nice lacing. Caramel malt flavor with biscuit and a light bitter hop aftertaste. Very well balanced and smooth. Mouth coating caramel mouthfeel.

Bottle conditioned. Has a cherrywood aroma and a dark crimson appearance. Just an explosion of flavors within this ale while not being too aggressive. Ginger, cherry, and a bit of chocolate. I'd say this is better than their London Porter.

Working with a slightly stopped up nose I didn't detect much aroma. Wonderful golden color and great taste. It left a with an earthy finish
