| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 15, 2006 (Bottle 50 cl) Pours a clear, amber golden with a small, off-white head. Rather unusual aroma, slightly nutty, but not overly clean or pleasant. Medium body with a very alcoholic note and some very distinct bittering hops. What’s in between the aroma and the finish is a bit uncertain, I’m just not very fond of it. 110606 joergen (8638), Frederiksberg, Denmark

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 27, 2008 A Mes rate: bottle at Chris_O’s Ha Ha Ha Ha Gimme the Cheese Tasting. Rich amber with a good beige head and lace. Notes of soy let the aroma down a little but some good malt and creamy caramel sort it out, light notes of tobacco too. Similar flavour but it works slightly better for me. Overly yeasty in the finish or it could have been even better. Dry hopping is virtually undetectable sadly, though I’m not sure if this beer would need it. Certainly one of Fullers better offerings.
