Bottle 50 cl. Bottle # 11555. Pours a clear warm amber golden with a handsome off-white head. Sweet vanilla aroma. Medium body, sweetish caramel and fruit with a distinct oaky touch. Some alcohol in the finish. Decent alright if not exactly thrilling. 280209

Bottle, kindly provided by KnutAlbert. (Brewers Reserve Oak Aged) It pours an almost clear, body, dark golden in color and topped by a nice off-white head. Slightly milky-sour aroma with a little alcohol, some oak and whisky. Full-bodied and warming with a little sourish touch. Alcohol, malty sweetness and some oaky flavors. Didn’t ring my bell at all, actually it wasn’t far from bad. 500 days on oak seems to be too much, at least for this one. Wouldn’t shy away from another sample though. (081215)

Bottle # 01980:
Pours clear dark amber with a fluffy head. Sweet and malty aroma with some notes of cherries and Canadian whisky. Not much whisky when it come to flavour, instead there’s cherries, wood and alcohol. I’m disappointed.

Bottle. Deep amber body with a medium white head. Fruity aroma with malty notes and nicely balanced with the hops. Fruity flavour with a good malt base and a little smoke/peat. Long fruity and hoppy finish. Creamy body.
