500 ml bottle. Golden color, white head. Hoppy aroma. Smooth, bitter flavor with a touch of caramel. Light body, medium-light carbonation. A nice, easy-going bitter with good session potential.

500 ml bottle. Clear golden yellow colour, thin white head. Aroma of caramel malts, fruits and hops. The flavour is malty, a little thin, with a nice grassy-hoppy finish.

Golden of color with a white head. An aroma of bisquit, hops, apples, fruits, malt and weak sweets. A flavor of malt, caramel and hops with a dry taste.

[2132-20090508] Tap. Bread yeast aroma hints at body odour sweat. Clear, brown orange body with a quick creamy white head. Nice full bittery hops flavour has grassy bread and green plant hops and bit of a sweet aftertaste. Medium body has great bitterness. Very drinkable, repeatable and good.

500ml bottle (Nousuvesi, Kivenlahti)
Mid orange. Simple caramalt body, slightly resiny hop finish. A very poor counterpart to its cask equivalent, but that might be in the context of bigger beers that I’d had earlier in the day. Kiuas rocked though.

Draught at Volo. Pours a clear golden-orange with a small diminishing white head. Aroma of caramel malt, kind of toffee-ish, along with light resiny hops and some fruit. Flavour, which follows the aroma, is a bit watery but still tasty. Average bodied. It’s a fine beer, and reminded me of being in England.

On tap, Beer Bistro. Golden yellow, small white head. Classic fullers aroma - bready, grainy, some fruity hops. Very easy to drink - lightly hopped, grainy malt. Not a ton of flavour here but a pretty tasty and easy to drink 3.5% beer.

On tap at Volo. Surprisingly light, even for style - and the beer is almost still. This drinks like water! Goldy-copper with nearly no head, no lacing. Nice subtle bitter hop profile. Nice seasonal.
