Bottle from asda. Aroma is typically fullers, rich fruit cake yeast character, peppery hop and toffee malts. Taste is great seriously full for a 3.5% beer, could easily be 5.5%. Really really tasty and sessionable stuff.

16oz draught
3.5% ABV
I tried this beer on draught on April 30, 2009 at "Smokeless Joe’s" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer was translucent light red with a loose white head. The aroma was grainy malt, with some hops in the mix. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied with medium-high carbonation. The taste was more grainy malt, and a nice hoppy finish. The beer was very refreshing, and definitely worth another try.

Bottle. Amber with reasonable head. Aroma of hops with some vegetable notes. Light body with good carbonation. Light initial flavour with malty mid-taste and a bitter finish. A little disappointing, but quite quaffable.

500 ml bottle. Golden color, white head. Hoppy aroma. Smooth, bitter flavor with a touch of caramel. Light body, medium-light carbonation. A nice, easy-going bitter with good session potential.

Bottled.Yellow and quite hoppy.A gentle biitterness appears after a while. Surprisingly full bodied for such a low strength beer.Often these weaker bitters dont bottle well but this one does.

Draught at The Abbot on the Hill. Golden amber with a small snow-white head. Aroma is fruity (esp. peach) and mildly floral. Crisp body. Great malt/hop balance in the flavour, and more flavour than you might expect from a fairly low alcohol beer. Decent and very sessionable.
