Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
This delicious, premium blonde ale from Fuller’s is the perfect combination of unbeatable flavour and refreshment.
Brewed using a unique blend of malted barley and wheat for a delicious malty taste bursting with rich, biscuity flavours, Liberty hops are then added for a distinctive zesty character and fruity bite, whilst Saaz hops add a gentle bitter taste for a clean, refreshing finish.
In cask, Discovery is 3.9% ABV, while in bottles the strength is 4.5% ABV.
Discovery tastes great served chilled, and its light, refreshing character makes it a perfect accompaniment to many foods.

Cask - Clear golden, creamy white head with some fizz. Combination of some malty sweetness and citrus & floral hop aromas. Sweet and refreshing flavours of caramel, lemon and floral hints. Crisp and dryish with some carbonation on the palate. Served too cold, but as the temperature increased so did the flavours... Slightly.

Source: Cask at the brewery.
Glass: Taster glass.
Appearance: Clear yellow pour with almost no head.
Aroma: Grain and citrus.
Flavor: Grainy. Mild bitter citrus finish.
Palate: Light body with soft carbonation.
Overall: Sessionable beer without a brash, bitter finish. Not much taste either.
