Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
This delicious, premium blonde ale from Fuller’s is the perfect combination of unbeatable flavour and refreshment.
Brewed using a unique blend of malted barley and wheat for a delicious malty taste bursting with rich, biscuity flavours, Liberty hops are then added for a distinctive zesty character and fruity bite, whilst Saaz hops add a gentle bitter taste for a clean, refreshing finish.
In cask, Discovery is 3.9% ABV, while in bottles the strength is 4.5% ABV.
Discovery tastes great served chilled, and its light, refreshing character makes it a perfect accompaniment to many foods.

[Cask at Cockney Pub, Århus] A hazy orange beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet and quite flowery-hoppy, combined with light notes of caramel. The flavor is very dry hoppy with strong flower notes as well as some citrus notes, but the body is thin. A nice session beer.

Cask at Charlie’s, Copenhagen. Deep golden. Aroma of fruit and hay. Sweet and hoenyish with bold, compact malt character. Honey overpowers the bitterness. Very unrefined.

From cask at Charlies. Pours clear and golden yellow to orange with a small off-white head. Mild peachy hops aroma. Light tea like initial flavour with a mild peachy hops note. Vague apple note too. Light sweet accompanying the hops flavour. Lasting refreshing fruity flavour into the finish.

Cask. Quite hoppy aroma. Copper colour. Looks flat. Small white creamy head. Mild hoppy flavour, also a little malty. Citrusy hoppiness. Low carbonation and soft, creamy mouthfeel. Very drinkable without being thin or boring.

Casked. Dark golden colour, big bubbly head. Bitter fruity aroma. Fruity flavour which grows into a huge hoppy finish. Very smooth. Gets more pleasant as you drink. Also some caramellish/honeyish notes in flavour.

Light amber color. The aroma is too light, the flavor is better, very fresh, with some malt, hop and fruitness. Easily drinkable.
