Cask at Mad Bishop and Bear. Light orange body with small head. Slightly malty nose. Malts in the flavour. A nice butterscotch finish.

Pale gold body, white foam.
Some nice hop aromas of passionfruit and grapefruit, backnotes of stale bread and soap seem a bit off.
Palate is a bit thin, low carbonation, soapy texture.
Some more fruity hops on the body, slightly ruined, once again, by the underlying soapy flavour.
Might just be a bad batch.

Nov 29, 2009 Thames Tipple Leg 8, Staines, Shepperton, Walton on Thames etc 29-11-09 Had this at Swan Hotel, Staines Another beer that I’ve had frequently but clearly never got around to rating. Pours golden with white head. Crisp, fresh and honey sweet in mouth, touch of dryness also noted. Just a little summery really for a day like yesterday but pleasant and a well kept decent enough beer. A6 A4 F7 P3 Ov13 3.3

Nov 25, 2009 Cask at Hunter’s, Pori. Hazy golden, tiny pale head. Very honeyish nose, lttle sweetish pale maltiness, hint of cardboard. Flavor is honey wax, little herbs, clean maltiness, very low on hops. Light and a tad watery palate. Pretty clinic golden ale, just honey honey and honey.

Sep 9, 2009 Cask at Cockney Pub. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Nice moderate malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Pine and herbal notes. MOderate bitter flavor. Pine notes again. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate but a bit thin.

Aug 14, 2009 Golden with a small white head. Grassy aroma with a fruity touch. Lots of grassy hops in the flavour and a medium bitterness.
