Commercial Description:
Bottle conditioned.
Released in a few of Fuller’s export markets in June 2009.
Pale amber in colour, its rich malty flavour gives way to a powerful hop bitterness and bite, derived from plenty of Goldings hops in the brew.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden with a clear, frothy white head. Good lacing. Fresh pine hop aroma on a malty background Flavour is malty with bitter hops. Dry, liquorice hop finish with a lingering bitterness. Quite nice. 23-10-09.

Biggish offwhite head is slightly coarse. Amber body with carbonation. Floral fruity aroma with strawberry malts notes. Dry-sweetish (and faintly acidic?) strawy floral grainy taste with dusty peppery notes. Mid-bodied. Clean palate. Dry peppery floral earthy aftertaste with metallic notes. (0.5l bottle, Systembolaget, Charlottenberg.)

(Bottle 50cl) Pours orange with an off-white head. Sweetish aroma. Soft malty flavour with mild hopping for an IPA. Finish i light bitter. Easy drinkable, but weak IPA character

Fuller’s IPA has a brown / orange color, the foam settles fairly quickly. Hops, fruit, bread. Quite weak aroma. Flavor was also a bit weak. Sure there were caramel tones, hops and some sweet elements. English IPA is not the same as American IPA, I am very aware of that bit I am still a little disappointed about this beer. More hops had not been completely crazy to me.
