Very tasty. Odd that I liked this more than some others - I’m not a hophead at all. It smells a tad like apples to me and is very easy to gulp in dangerous quantities. English, not an American IPA. Very good.

I’m with the majority of reviews here. A very good pale ale, but not nearly as hoppy as I like an IPA. This is the "classic" IPA style, though. The 18oz.+ bottle is a kick!

A decent IPA that while is very average it is still quite refreshing. Basically, the standard fare that may be a bit of a let down if you are an IPA enthusiast.

Bottle- A great middle of the road IPA. Nothing to rave about but a good tasting beer all the same. Flavor did improve as the beer warmed.

Reddish golden amber hue. Whitish head. Aromas of grapefruit and citrus. Sweet malts first, nice medium body, distinctive fruity hops finish. i definately enjoy this brew. A classic english IPA.

This traditional IPA is very different from the modern American interpretations of this style. Pale amber color, brilliant clarity ( Icould see my fingerprints on the other side of the pint glass), off-white head that dissipated quickly. Aroma of malt and grains with very little noticeable hops. Flavor matches the aroma (actually tastes very similar to their ESB), with a moderate bitterness in the aftertaste. Not as bitter as I typically expect an IPA to be. Low carbonation. Overall I found this beer somewhat disappointing, not as heavily hopped as I like my IPAs.

Not to shabby at all. Fruit and flower both show through in the hop flavor and smell, i’ll be pickin up more of these.
