Some malts and hops are present. Flavour is light hoppy with a somewhat flowery undertone. Quite refreshing. Ends on a light bitter note. Very dry and quite bitter with just a hint of hedgerow fruit. Lingering finish - dry tending towards tart. I found this a really agreeable drinking beer although, at the end of the day, perhaps just a touch one-dimensional. Bright bottled from cask at Reading Beer Festival 2005 nad stood up quite well to a few days in a plastic bottle..
