May 12, 2008 Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. A slightly hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of fruit and caramel. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of caramel as well as a good deal of fruit and hints of prunes and citrusy hops, leading to a dry bitter finish.

May 14, 2008 From cask at Charlies. Pours clear and golden orange with a diminished off white head. Light malty and fruity hops aroma. Light peachy and apple flavoured. Medium sweet and quite smooth fruity hops flavour. Ends with a light acidic touch and a mild bitterness into the finish.

Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate hoppy, citrus, resin, notes of butter. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, refreshing. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. (010508)

Apr 19, 2007 Cask gravity at Planet Thanet BF 2007. Clear amber colour with thin off white head. Some biscuity malt, some raspberry fruit. Plenty of earthy citrus hop on finish. Good astringency. It’s not at all bad. Very English, biscuity/toffee malt and good floral earthy citrus hop. EKG on aroma.
