Commercial Description:
Cask, Seasonal - Jan, Feb;
Brewed with crystal malt and a dash of blackberries, Jack Frost delivers a fruity, robust yet refreshing flavour that lingers long on the palate. NOTE: Most Fuller's beer in the US is served by handpump kegs and not a cask. Ask your server.

cask! An amber beer with a good head, but without much aroma. The flavor is a flat cask flavor but with a good malt blend and a slight bitterness. A nice beer - but not exceptional.

From cask at Charlies. Pours clear and golden deep orange to light brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is mild fruity and roasted malt. Flavour is mild sweet, fruity and breadish malty with a roasted malt accent. Fruity and breadish roasted malt finish.

Cask handpull at Barrow Boy and Banker, London Bridge. Chestnut with beige head. Malt and apricot/peach/plum aroma. Much more fruit than in the bottle version. Touch of vanilla too. Fruit in mouth is full and reminiscent of victoria plums. Then good finish. A real surprise especially the prune/plum finish

1. Cask Handpump at the Railway, Altrincham 01/01/2005 Mid brown colour slightly rich on the palate and fruity. Some dryness in a bitter malt finish. 2. Cask Handpump at the Head Of Steam, London 08/12/2005 Amber coloured beer with some alcohol presence. Fruity but the blackberries didn’t seem as prominent as they have when I’ve sampled this beer before. Some slight sourness and dryness with lots of malt in the finish.

Cask @Old Bank
Dark nut brown, steady small bubbling brownish head. Sweet flowery hoppy nose but very light. Grassy hoppy bitter, reasonably balanced with soem oaky bite in the finish.

Cask@The Prince of wales, Richmond, London, nutty, sweet slightly sticky berry fruit, flat, sweet. I thought the bottle and cask versions were much the same surprisingly.
