Ingredients: Pale malt; Target, Challenger and Northdown hops.
CAMRA Supreme Champion Beer Of The Year 1979.
Known and loved for its distinctive, rounded flavour, London Pride is the award-winning beer for which Fuller’s is most famous. In recent years its popularity has grown to the extent that it is now Britain’s leading premium ale: a welcome fixture in many pubs and off licences around the country, and now winning new friends abroad.
To the beer afficiando looking for the classic English pint, we say this: Whatever you do, take Pride.

NOTE: Most Fuller's beer in the US is served by handpump kegs (at 4.7%), not casks. Ask your server.

Reliable, thirst-quenching ale that’s widely available these days. Never spectacularly flavoursome, but then, I’ve never had a horrid pint either...

Regular cask at the St Radegund. Reliable, amber session bitter wth pleasant, if a little thin, palate and fairly smooth finish. A banker

Cask @ The Ship, SE1. Pale gold w/ a thin cream head. Fruity aroma with lemon, grapefruit and light hops. Taste primarily of grains with fruits, some berry, malt and hops. Rather salty bitterness. Light finish of fruits. Non offensive and easy to drink.

For being a real ale, this is not very good. Smells and tastes of pasteurized vegetables. One of the worst real ales I’ve tried so far.

Cask at C4, Odense: Light amber with a little creamy fast disappearing head. Caramel malty nose and flavor with a very soft & ok filling body. Easy sweet/fruity and very nice & pleasant overall. Short slight bitterness in the end!

A Mes rate: Cask at the stupidly renamed Head of Steam. Amber colour, reasonable head. Fruity aroma with some toffee. More of the same in the falvour with an underlying sweet maltiness. Quite dry. Bitter finish. Boring as hell and over-rated if you ask me.

Cask at the Mudlark, Southwark. Light malt aroma. Amber color with firm white head. Light fruit/citrus/malt start. It finishes slight bitter and dry. Seems well balanced.
