FInally I have it, but it was a little different than the one in the can, very, If I may say, this was pale, in some way, creamy in the foam, but much less bitter.

Copper brown, small off-white head. Nutty hoppy, honeyish nose. Soft, woody, nutty hoppy and medium-bodied. Ok real ale, not a masterpiece.

Handpump at ’The Sanctuary’, Tothill str, London UK. Copper coloured, clear, relatively sparkling, thin head with big bubbles reminiscent of a lambic, leaves some lace. Dry aroma with brown bread and pears. Taste: hoppy, juicy, grainy, light alcoholic, assertive hop bitterness in the aftertaste. A bit thin, weakly carbonated on the palate.

(Cask, The Wharf, Aalborg) - Good pint, with a good balance between the soft maltiness, and the fresh, hoppy and slightly berry-like hoppiness.

Strong earthy, floral hops in the aroma. Clear, copper coloured body with low but lasting off-white head that leaves some lacing. Floral, lavender, earthy hops are up front joined by fair fruitiness, moderate bitterness and a toasty malt character that lasts through the aftertaste. Creamy texture with soft carbonation and medium body. Cask at the Dorothy Inn on the seaside in Weymouth, Dorset.

Fuller’s flagship ale, and rightly so. Full flavour and no compromises here, and the proper bitter aftertaste that has you yearning for more!
