First real ale I ever tasted while in London and fell in love with ale and with England. It is not the best bitter but quite good. bman1986 (142), Broadstairs, Kent, England

However, I had forgotten until recently that it is actually a very nice bitter. Bright amber coloured with a good head. Good whole mouthfeel. Caramel and malt dominate the flavour, wuite sweet and very refreshing. A good easy drinking bitter. BroSpud (615), , Massachusetts, USA

Spent a summer in London drinking many of these and enjoying every one. Next time I have a chance will try this one again and update with more specifics. joe19612 (702), camberley, Surrey, England

Nicely grassy and honeyish aroma, little nuttiness and lemon. Flavor is biscuits, mild honey, minty hops and fruitiness. Easy drinking, nice session bitter. The cask got pretty watery after week though. RateBeerMan (39), , Tyne & Wear, England

Have had both good and bad pints of this - but the good are amazing.
